For packages lost in transit, all claims must also be submitted no later than 30 days after the expected delivery date.
To wash:

Machine wash cold, inside out, delicate cycle

Use a mild detergent

Chlorine bleach is acceptable in small amounts (non-chlorine is better)

If you notice any color residue : rinse with lukewarm water, then several times with cold water – do not rub the embroidery.

To dry:

Avoid soaking or stacking while still wet

Do not twist the fabric

Machine dry on cold air

To iron:

Iron inside out, preferably between two fabrics

Do not use steam or wet the embroidery
